how do you think a social d show at a biker event would go over down here in daytona?

Biketoberfest? What venue? There certainly wouldn't be any problems selling out. I'm just wondering about the mix of fans. I'm not sure that the nouveaux punks and the aging bikers would hit it off too well.

social d playing at an event like biketoberfest or bikeweek would be great.whats better than social d and bikes.depends on the venue too though.i live here in daytona, what do you have in mind?

I know Orlando is trying to pull away some of the crowd for both events so that's another possibility. However, HOB is NOT the venue to play in conjunction with the two bike events. In Daytona, I'm thinking you'd almost have to have a venue like Iron Horse which can handle a real crowd. Obviously that's not a option since DAC has exclusive rights to his own venue.

we've contacted them to play a show at a bar here close to Daytona for either biketoberfest or bike week, and are waiting for a word back. the venue is outside and would hold several thousand people, and probably be able to fill it up. anybody around here who wants this to happen, lets pull for it, however we can. i am trying to convince the bar owner that they would be able to fill the back yard up no problem especially a no charge show. if your around this area and would like to see this happen, drop me an email [email protected]
